Dear Terry, I know I thanked you in person, but I wanted to put my thanks down on paper so they always remain, just as my heartfelt gratitude will.  Needing emergency surgery for my bowel perforation was both shocking and quite scary. Your responsiveness to my situation was second to none. The peace of mind and reassurance I felt knowing you were performing my surgery were priceless. We were all breathing a sigh of relief knowing that whatever the outcome, I could not have someone more qualified at the helm. I went into the operating room fully confident in your tremendous skill in performing my surgery. I know beyond a shadow of a doubt it was your expertise that afforded me such a wonderful outcome.
